The peach tree that has it all! Spectacular vibrant magenta coloured blossom followed by sweet and juicy peaches - and all this from a tree that is so compact it can be grown in a pot
Delicious peaches ripen in early August and can be harvested throughout the month. Melred even crops at a younger age than most - you should see fruit within 1-2 years
An attractive small tree with open branches and lush green foliage, growing to just 2.5m without pruning
Perfect for pots, wallside borders, fences or fan training
RHS Plants for Pollinators status
Self fertile, so you only need one tree to produce a crop
Our trees are professionally pruned before dispatching. This formative pruning can involve cutting the main leader, if the expert tree growers decide this will produce a better shaped tree. This can stop the tree becoming "leggy", and promote stronger, bushier growth.MORE
